Privacy Policy

• Valora Care keeps personal data (check-ins, habits, mood, progress) on your device
• Valora Care does not require a Vertex account
• Vertex Publish uses TikTok Login Kit; we store session tokens so you can post, and we send the video you choose to TikTok when you press Post
• Optional Valora Care AI features may send conversation text to third-party AI providers
• Valora Care subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers

Vertex Publish is a web product. When you choose Continue with TikTok, TikTok authenticates you and returns an authorization code to our website. Our server exchanges that code for tokens. We store those tokens in an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie on your browser so we can call TikTok on your behalf during the session.

Before you post, we call TikTok’s creator info API to show your display name, avatar, allowed privacy levels, interaction limits, and maximum video duration.

When you press Post, we send the caption, privacy status, interaction choices, commercial disclosure flags, and the video file to TikTok. We do not keep a copy of the video on our servers after the upload finishes. We do not post until you press Post.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with other companies except TikTok as needed to operate the posting feature, and service providers who host this website (Cloudflare).

You can disconnect TikTok in Vertex Publish. That revokes our token with TikTok and deletes the session cookie. It does not delete videos already on TikTok.

TikTok’s own privacy policy applies to data TikTok holds after you post.

Valora Care stores the following locally on your iPhone:

• Emotional check-ins and mood history
• Habits, routines, and streak data
• Session progress and favorites
• App preferences (language, notifications, appearance)
• Onboarding choices (name, goals)

This data is stored in your device’s local storage and is not synced to our servers.

You can delete all local data at any time via Profile → Delete all my data.

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Valora Care may read and/or write health data (such as steps, sleep, water intake, mindful minutes, and mood) with your explicit permission.

Health data is managed by Apple’s Health app. We do not store HealthKit data on our own servers. You can disconnect Health access at any time in the app or in iPhone Settings.

When you use AI-powered features (such as SOS chat or guided reflection), the text of your conversation may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as Anthropic Claude or DeepSeek) to generate a response.

• We do not use your conversations to train AI models
• AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies
• If no AI provider is configured, the app falls back to offline content

Premium subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

To manage or cancel your subscription: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

If you enable notifications, Valora Care uses local notifications on your device for habit reminders and streak alerts. We do not send push notifications from external servers.

Guided session audio may be downloaded from a content delivery network (CDN) and cached on your device for offline playback. No personal data is sent with these requests.

Valora Care is not directed at children under 13. Vertex Publish is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
